GraceHost.net's goal is to provide its Customers with the best service possible. In order to help accomplish this, GraceHost.net has adopted this Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”). This Policy outlines acceptable use of the GraceHost.net hosting service (the “Service”). This Policy is in addition to any restrictions contained in the GraceHost.net Hosting Agreement and the Frequently Asked Questions (“FAQs”).  All capitalized terms used in this Policy that are not defined here may have the meanings given to them in other Agreements.

Customer Obligations

All GraceHost.net Customers and all others who use the Service must comply with this Policy. Your failure to comply with this Policy could result in the suspension or termination of your Service account. If you do not agree to comply with this Policy, you must immediately stop all use of the Service and notify GraceHost.net so that it can close your account.
How will I know when GraceHost.net changes this Policy and how do I report violations of it?

GraceHost.net may revise this Policy from time to time by posting a new version on the Web site at http://www.GraceHost.net.net or any successor URL(s) (the “GraceHost.net.net Web site”). GraceHost.net will use reasonable efforts to make customers aware of any changes to this Policy, which may include sending e-mail announcements or posting information on the GraceHost.net.net Web site. Revised versions of this Policy are effective immediately upon posting. Accordingly, customers of the GraceHost.net High-Speed Internet Service should read any GraceHost.net announcements they receive and regularly visit the GraceHost.net.net Web site and review this Policy to ensure that their activities conform to the most recent version. 1. Definitions.

1.1 "Customer" means the persons, entity or agents and authorized representatives accepting this agreement.

1.2 "Content" means all text, pictures, sound, graphics, video, links, and other data stored by Customer on GraceHost.net’s server computers.

1.3 "Website" means pages presenting the Content stored by Customer on GraceHost.net’s server computers.

1.4 "User" means users of Customer's Website.

1.5 "User Content" means all text, pictures, sound, graphics, video, links, and other data stored by Users on GraceHost.net’s server computers.

1.6 "Confidential Information" means information that Customer takes reasonable steps to maintain in confidence and identifies in writing to GraceHost.net as confidential.

Background

Grace Host (dot) Net is the rubber for Narrow Path Hosting, "where the rubber meets the road."
